Using FAT32 maybe because I am just more confident
with it and I do not need all the security features of
NTFS.  So since FAT32 works fine for me, why change
from something I am familiar with to something just
because it is new?

Really, tho.  I have a dual boot system, win98 and Xp
pro, and I didn't want any problem with
interoperability between the two in sharing files.  (I
know this may not be a problem, but I don't want to
challenge it.)

Secondly, so many of the disk tools are only for FAT32
 (e.g., the Win98 Fdisk, and many others), and NTFS is
pretty exclusive.   thanks, again, anyway.
