Examine the video card directly.  If you're unsure try looking at the
markings on the GPU.  If it says ATI for example try www.ati.com and
obtaining the unidrivers.

If you don't have a video card and your video is on-board there may be
many options.  Try the mainboard manufacturer for the video drivers.
