While I'm trying to get help from yahoo, which is practically impossible, I
thought I would send my issue here.
I downloaded YM and it works fine. I have hooked up a compatible webcam and
don't seem to be able to connect. It is working fine as I'm able to see images
from the cam on the screen. But when I try to connect, I get a message about
being "unable to connect to the server." I have tried with my firewall
(Norton) disabled also. I have also made sure the windows firewall is
disabled. I called my provider to ask about proxy servers as the yahoo FAQ's
mentioned, but they don't seem to be any help.
Windows XP, Pentium 4, 512k ram, 80 meg HD. I think that covers it.
Hope someone can help.
