Hi Cindy Blake's idea is the standard way of resolving your problem, I would only add *don't try this with the power switched on*
Or you could restart your computer and press the eject button when it restarts. If you're quick enough, it will pop out the CD before starting the operating system. Also you could try "WINEJECT.EXE" which ejects all removable media either manually by clicking a systray icon or automatically before shutdown. My room mate put a cd in the slave cd rom and now its STUCK! I can not get it out, it won't open! And when I go to my computer my second (slave) cd rom does not even show. The green light is flashing on the cd rom which I know indicates a problem, SO HOW DO I GET THE CD OUT WITH OUT DAMAGING THYE CD ROM??????????? PLEASE HELP!!!!
