Goto Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove programs and uninstall the
Lexmark printer drivers.
Next, goto http://www.lexmark.com and download the latest drivers for
your model. Follow the instructions Lexmark gives.  Make sure you have
your printer unplugged when installing the software then plug it in
when prompted to do so.
