Take extra care when installing this adapter.  Make sure you put the
pin 1 mark on the correct side of the laptop hard drive.
This adapter also powers the unit, incorrect installtion can burn-out
the controller board on the drive.

Pin 1 is often towards the 4 extra pins (jumper positions).  Check the
top label of the drive!
Make sue you install the power connector and attach the opposite side
the right way around too.

The default, no jumpers, should work for most drives.
