I want to divide traffic generated by clients for using internet from
server 1 to two different servers (server2 and server3) which are
connected to 2 different internet service provider.

Protocols: All TCP/IP based protocols that should be available to
client when accessing internet form a server.
Application: HTTP, SMTP, FTP
