Yesm and it's also not unusual for people to think that some problem they 
are having is showng up in several places. But troubleshooting usually 
requires very specific information. Generalizations almost never help the 
troubleshooter. One usuallys starts looking at the broad picture but then 
trys to narrow down to more specific facotors. In that way it is not unlike 
what a doctor does. You need specific symptomes. Saying that my computer 
won't boot for example is useless without more information. You have to 
describe in detail how the 'puter behaves. If there's no image on the screen 
you need to determine whether the monitor is at faule of the computer and an 
and on
