I booted my computer this evening and got a message saying It had to
use an backup reg file to start up. All my desktop icons except
internet explorer had turned to(.lnk) and nothing will open.
I have XP with all updates, Norton System Works with anti-virus, Ad-
ware SE and Spybot S&R all were updated and run thursday.
Any Ideas??????
