If you are not prepared to read what a member offers to help understanding then 
of course you wont be able to help.  As a group owner of a computer help group 
I suggest you are going to have to learn to read in order to help and keep your 
members.
I could take the same attitude and not report back on the outcome now, could I 
not and no one would be the wiser.
