Up until very recently I had this particular digital camera...I loved it, but found one that I loved even more. I used the Camedia software to download the pics from the camera, putting them into a folder where I knew they would be found and then opened Adobe Photo Delux...opened the image in that application, edited the picture, changed the size if I wanted to, cropped things out if there was stuff that I didn't want to show and then saved it as a jpg. I can also change it to a gif if I so choose. Photoshop and Paintshop (much more expensive programs) do the same thing...it's just a matter of learning to grab it from one application to another.
