Might be spyware. Run Ad-Aware SE - I do every day, some days I dont have any, others about 6 doing it that way. Empty your cache, Temporary Files, Tools & Internet Options to find that. Make sure you update every piece of virus or spywsare software, anti virus and spyware because they are being updated every week nowadays.
