"Insert the CD into the CD drive or DVD drive."
It refers to your Windows XP cd and attributes the cause of the problem being
attributable to
certain Windows files being damaged or missing, which are Config.nt,
Autoexec.nt and Command.com
Remember that where it says "CD-ROM Drive Letter", you don't type those words,
it means you type the
drive letter for your cd-rom, which might be e.g. D or E?

The article that you have directed me to is probably the one that
will help me, but it asks for me to put the CD n the DVDor Cd
drive...do they mean my install disk for the program, or the disk for
the printer? It is not clear as to which CD to put into the drive.
