Jim: 

Do the rules of this group say I or anyone should not respond from our own 
experience, because there may be other who are better able to?.   If that's a 
rule of the group, I am outa here.    
I am a member here willing to help others where I can. In UK time zones I will 
reply to someone who poses a question when I can, there may be 8 hours 
difference before someone who needs a reply gets one. 
I will offer thought, irrespective of the fact that I am not employed in the IT 
industry.  If any one knows better by qualification they are well able to couch 
their reply in such a way as not to criticise or denegrate others who have 
already done so.
