As I tried to explain, I am not presuming it is the PSU. Since I will be dealing over the phone, I just want to be prepared to ask, discuss and recognize the symptoms. I don't know what I will hear. But, While I know any PSU problem or a faulty line can cause a boot problem, I wasn't sure how it would manifest itself. I just wanted to be able to recognize its symptoms--in case. Thanks, again.
