I reccommend a 650 MHz at least. Anything lower and you'll notice a lot of lag in the GUI. If you have older system you should stick to Windows 98 or 2000. Make sure you have enough RAM to run Windows 2000. You'll need a minimum of 128 MB. I don't care what the minimum requirements say, 64 MB is unusable unless you only want to use Calculator and Solitaire. 192 MB is what I recommend as a reasonable amount.
