I belong to a couple of Yahoo groups---each has its strengths. And I agree it is disturbing when someone uses the shotgun approach to submitting problems.
But, What to do if submitting a problem to only one group does not get a helpful response? It would make sense to submit it to another that maybe has the specialized expertise?
