In Outlook Express, you can change the font size by clicking on Tool>Options Then select the Read Tab and select Font. You will find the options for smaller, small, medium, larger, etc. Next click on the Compose Tab and you can change your font settings there also. That should help your friend with his problem. Since you didn't say which version of Outlook Express he was using, I hope my instructions will work. These instructions were for Outlook Express (the current version), but I hope they work for you and him.
