You have to be specific. why can't you share the pictures. Describe what you
have done and the result of each step.
I assume that your camera has a USB or other kind of interface to the
computer. My Olympus has a USB cable and I don't use the software that came
with it. I plug the cable into the camera and the computer and it shows up
as a device on the computer. I can then view the images and copy them to a
folder. Can also plug the memory card into my computer which makes things
even easier. I also have a card reader that I got when my earlier computer
did not have a slot for my camra's media. As for editing my pics. I use one
of several programs that I already have on my computer, none is specifically
designed for digital cameras.
