Yes I would agree with what Jim says, I also had that folder when I had NIS2005
installed. There is
a program called Qurb that checks inbound email against your address book.

http://www.qurb.com/

I preferred to design my own filter to allow all mails from people in my
address book through to
their individual folders and everything else remains on the server to be
checked later with
Mailwasher but you could allow it to be downloaded to a Spam folder if you
wished. Problem is that
I use OE and not Outlook.

I do have Outlook 2000, but later versions may have some anti spam filtering
feature. I find it a
cumbersome program which is why I never use it but the way for creating rules
in Outlook appear to
be

Click Inbox .
Click Organize .
Click Junk E-mail.
Select the options you want by clicking the down arrow next to each box in the
first bulleted item.
Click Turn on.

The list of terms that Outlook uses to filter suspected junk e-mail messages
can be found in a file
called Filters.txt. and there does seem to be an option of importing filters.
