I'll take a stab at it. Go to START-PROGRAMS-ACCESSORIES-SYSTEM TOOLS-DISK CLEANUP. After running that then follow the same steps _until you get to the last_. You will then select DISK DEFRAGMENTER. When that completes try to go online. Now, do you have a FIREWALL, ANTIVIRUS, SPYWARE or ADWARE programs? If not, as soon as you can make a sound connection download SPYBOT, AD-AWARE and AVG.
