Computers don't use ROM chips for BIOS now for setting thay use CMOS
or Flash chip for BIOS .You can update the BIOS now or flash the BIOS
and you can chage CMOS setting .

There are Chipsets and controllers on the motherboard to control
devices and data .

virus change setting and delete data, setting you cannot damage any
hardware with out a high voltage or by humans damaging it .

The hard-drive that was slave no OS works find on a other computer
but not on the infested computer .You cannot boot to CD or enter safe
mode .

As for the error messeges I can post back what thay are.But becuse
there so many different error messeges there has to be a virus or
human error by changing wrong setting in the BIOS or some thing.

This is a strange problem .That is why I would like to take it to
computer shop and that them look at it .But no he wants to hook up
the main hard-drive to my computer .

What do I tell him.
