You are probably referring to standards of courtesy in real life, but those on 
the internet cannot be taken for granted or enforced.  As an after thought to 
what I have written before I reconsidered the situation relating to my own 
mails.  I don't recall that I have ever asked for help and where you have 
responded with a solution.  Its probably as well to state that I am therefore 
not failing in my duty to pass on a "thank you" to you, in case others should 
think otherwise that there is a grievance.   
I think we join these groups with a willingness first not to enforce anything 
on anyone and if we offer to help we do so free gratis and for nothing.  You're 
not making music now Rick.
