You are probably referring to standards of courtesy in real life, but those on the internet cannot be taken for granted or enforced. As an after thought to what I have written before I reconsidered the situation relating to my own mails. I don't recall that I have ever asked for help and where you have responded with a solution. Its probably as well to state that I am therefore not failing in my duty to pass on a "thank you" to you, in case others should think otherwise that there is a grievance. I think we join these groups with a willingness first not to enforce anything on anyone and if we offer to help we do so free gratis and for nothing. You're not making music now Rick.
