I'm stuck on finding the pictures in the printer temp folder .And 
becuse I have talk to many people,phone many people,e-mail many 
people,post on maggesges boards ,read books.

No one can answer my question below !!

A Spooler is service was called printer manager in Windows 3.1 than 
re-name to printer Spooler .It manages the print outs.
