You could have asked other AOL users how to increase the size of the font surely? Get another e-mail program perhaps. If you can learn how to use JAWS and follow the instructions, how can you use it if you cant read well? Why don't you learn to read? You need to know which version of JAWS to install for the O/S you are using.
