Glad to know at least the others have similar experience. I tend to think that people who are asking for help ought to at least try to be articulate. And that includes starting out with more information. If you say, 'My computer won't boot' or 'I can't get on a particular site', but no other information. What is even worse for the user is when the subject is 'Urgent', or 'Please Help'. They don't realize that people won't know whether they know anything about what the problem is. For example, I don't know diddle about games. And there are lots of other subjects that I don't know about. I seldom reply to messages that don't give me some real tip about what it is about. Again, no reason why anyone should care that I don't read their messages. Jim ------------------------ Yahoo! Groups Sponsor --------------------~--> Get fast access to your favorite Yahoo! Groups.
