Might be a good idea to just insert "Comment" in the subject heading instead of
changing it and then, by sorting by subject the information that is required
ought to be capable of being found.

I have to say that one of my pet irritations is the mish mash of responses that
are to be found when two or more people are quoted. Its by no means a
criticism but here, for instance we have someone who has posted beneath the
original mail. You wont see it because I have made changes so it doesnt happen.
Were someone to follow suit we would have two identities above the messages
never knowing who said what. If its done correctly it should be edited, but
that's just a comment. If you read mails at the website you probably wont
see it. That's a point that those who write from the website cause their own
problems.
In posting at the top - because I know that people who use screenreaders who
are blind or partially sighted prefer it this way because the screenreader is
in difficulty when it has to read the mish mash of content - I try and cut and
paste the text attributable to the mail identity and, at the same time, delete
the footer (as I have done here). I dont profess to be able to do it all the
time, but that is my purpose. Those who dont delete footers and excess text,
including signature lines are just as guilty - if "guilty" is the right word -
as those who dont change the subject heading. imho
