I understand what you are saying but surely we who are seeking for solutions, 
and those who are offering help for our computers would offer a url in good 
faith.  I have thought this for a long while that all of our advice should be 
with that caveat.  If we offer a url therefore, it takes away a responsibility 
as well as our good faith offer when a member knows as much.  

After all, when it comes down to basics, those who have information from even 
these groups have to decide whether to take the information that you and anyone 
else would offer.
