Hello can someone give me any info on why sometimes if I try to download a temp file of the web sometime it will use window media or real play that fine but what I don't understand is when I try to download and it state it is downloading from the site and a image of a player appears in the bottom left hand corner of my compter screen and it will never play. operating system is window xp. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
