Hi

Do you mean you were using it as a desktop picture on your computer and the 
folder in which the 
picture was stored has gone?  You don't provide too much detail but try right 
clicking desktop then 
Properties, then Desktop to see if it is shown in the list of background 
pictures on the left.

If you know the name of the picture search for it in Explorer.

If you think it has been deleted look for it in Recycle bin

Was it a standard Windows picture or one of your own, if it was a standard one 
please describe it 
and someone here may be able to send you a copy.

I have a picture using as the background of the desktop pc. But the
folder to store that picture was gone. Is there any way I can retieve
that picture(background)so I can use it on somewhee else?
