Sure, that's easy. Just configure your e-mail client to set the 'send
as' address to a different e-mail.
Here's how you do it in Outlook 2003.
Tools > Email accounts > View or Change... > {Change} > {More
Settings...} > Reply e-mail field.
You can setup two accounts to do this if you just want a send out
account you can do that too by not configuring a POP (outgoing) server.
