There is a distinvtion in most cases betweek commercial acocunts, which often are required to provid sevices not provided by personal accounts. This I think is applied broadly? I suppose that the provider could probide an personal account and insist that the the user would not get any services that a commercail account gets. But they would probably not touch such a deal with the proberbal ten foot pole. Jim ------------------------ Yahoo! Groups Sponsor --------------------~--> AIDS in India: A "lurking bomb."
