Hi:
There is nothing too good to be true.  The 12 billion Music site gets  a small
fee for their software.  There are many of these sites.  the one  I quoted 
just
happened to grab my attention.  What they do has been declared  lega.
 
You can chose anyone of these sites for a small fee and then download  any
amount of music.   But my question was not about the site.   The question
was is it legal for me to download music I did not pay for????
