He is not, he is a californian, at least now. He has never said that he is a
transplanted Canadian.

That is probably the home of Canadian G4. Leo is well ensconsed in Northern
CA.

He is not on American G4 any longer. And the reason that the calls were
mostly Canadian is because the show is Canadian. When it was on American G4
the shows were just sindicated from Canadian G4, the two G4s are apparently
independent.
