Most of his problems are self imposed because he does too much tinkering with his puter ... don't play with it Steven, then you wont have any problems ;-) If you want Norton IS 2005 you are going to have to pay for it sonney boy NOT tinker around uninstalling and reinstalling, the boys at Symantec are a bit brighter than you and they now have a new team from Sygate. If you want freebies, uninstall NIS 2005 and install AVG and Zone Alarm.
