So you ARE on broadband. I put my browser link on the quick launch part of 
the task bar [left]. First left click the browser start iccon and drag it to 
the desktop and choose to either create or copy the start icon. Then  left 
click the task bar and select to unlock the task bar. Now drag the browser 
icon to the task bar. This will make it easier to go on then internet when 
you want to and you can close the browser when you don't want those page not 
found errors. There is a slight chance that some program/virus is trying to 
send your browser although a virus wouldn't get an error, it would end up on 
the site.
