Hi:
There are programs out there.  Iomega drives ship with a  program.
You need an Iomega on your system.  Extternal USB Hard drives 
are a  good option too.  Faster access than tape.
 
You might try other stuff like "Synctoy"  and "Syncback",   Not
automatic but easy.   Windows Live one care  Backup I think  can be 
scheduled.
