Debbie Many thanks, its very similar to what I purchased in the UK, except I paid a bit more it was called something like Repair your Computer or your Money back - of course you dont pursue the refund because it dont cost a lot and you think its useless because your a newbie. I dont know where I put mine. Theres a sucker born every minute. I was that sucker. What a difference a year makes.
