Is this a new problem? Does it happen on all sites? And what OS and browser are you using? What about a firewall? (if XP try a restore if it is a new problem)

I wish I could be of better help but I am not a computer whiz. So here's my problem. When I am on a catalogue site, I am unable to access their products. There is a little white square with an red X in the middle. When I left click this button, nothing happens. When I right click, the only this that appears to be appropriate on this menu would be show pictures. When I left click on that, nothing happens it just returns me to the catalogue page. Is there something that is blocking these pages from coming in. Do I have to adjust a screen, browser, or something. I did reduce the level of pop-ups allowed to medium. Still nothing happened.
