Go to [http://driverguide.com/] and join (Free to join / Free downloads) in order to download the Firmware (Drivers) that you will need for your Scanner. The Firmware should include the Twain device that will allow you to Scan through other Programs. Good luck, Ivan [FmlyRnn]
