A friend of mine's son installed a game called Star Wars Galaxies. Now he is getting a pop up that says "Sony Online Entertainment scanning for updates". It then says it is loading graphics. It then disappears and comes back within a second or two. It just continues to pop up as long as they have the computer on. They are on cable internet. They have tried several times to uninstall the game and reinstall it. They have the same problem. Also when they uninstall the game the pop up stays on there. Does anyone have any idea how to help them? It's driving them wild. Thank you for your help! Maggi
