That all depends on what was damaged from the 'overvoltage'. If the machine 
has one of those power supply bricks maybe you could use some kind of 
universal power supply that has outputs for the various voltage. I have 
never seen an Aim 65 in person but I recognize the name.

I had a Commodore 128 that was sidelined for awhile. I finally tried to 
bring it back to life. The CGA monitor turned out to be screwed up. And some 
other parts were also malfunctioning. I finally and reluctantly, sent it to 
the recycling sites.
