Here's an odd one. I've looked for a solution all over, including search engines, and can't find one!!
"Occasionally" when shutting down, everything freezes on the "shutting down" screen. No movement at all. I left it yesterday and when I returned home, it was still there. The mouse won't move the cursor, either. HP 7170, WinXP, Pentium D. It's not the end of the world but just a pain in the a** (or for you guys across the pond, a***!!).
