Hi:
I have seen many cases where "bad media" will cause an installation to  stall 
or 
miss a file.  Since there are no two alike drives I have found that a  CD 
will 
sometimes run in one drive but not in another.  If this program loads  in 
another 
PC, all it proves is that this program loaded in the other PC.    What then?
