Is this a recently new Computer? Has this been on your PC since it
was new? Is this not mentioned in your OEM HP manual? Sounds
like an recovery image now being used on some new PCs that can
return your PC to its as new state in case of an Operating System
failure. There may be instructions in your manual that this Partition
should be copied to CD/DVDs to be used to recover your PC.
