Friends it is very simple,  
  I have used simple dos based one line
  Go to Programs - Accessories - command prompt
  suppose if you have D drive as CD drive in which song is listed
  Type D: in command prompt
  Type  Dir see all the media or mp3 files are there
  Type Dir > c:\sanjay.prn
   
  Note  :  A file will be made sanjay.prn in which you will get all the list 
  Open in any word processor or excel
   
  Thats all
