Without more info I can only guess. Do you have install disk(s)? If so just 
insert the disk in the CD Rom drive and reboot. If you choose to use a 
reformat install that will wipe the whole drive. I would not do that until 
you explain why you have another Windows on D: The boot loader on C may not 
work properly after you reinstall Windows.
