What website are you getting these blank spots?  Is it alot of them or just
one?  Have you tried going into your explorer
properties by going to TOOLS -> OPTIONS and clicking on DELETE COOKIES and
then going to DELETE FILES (Put a check in Delete all offline content)?  If
you haven't tried that then try that out and let me know what happens.  By
the way, what browser are you using?
