The shortcut on the desktop can just be deleted, as for the red icon which I
assume is bottom right in what used to be called system tray, you should be
able
to stop this loading at startup by running msconfig and in the startup section
unchecking one care live.

My one care live went belly up..All I have is a red icon icon the task
bar, that I cannot remove, and it comes up with send error report to
MS, which I have done so many times..On my desktop is a blue icon for
the same program and when I try to open it, I get the same error msg to
go to MS..MS must hate me by now..Does anyone know how to remove this
from the task bar??..it isn't functioning and is driving me bonkers..
Thanks, --Phyllis
