I have a lot of important stuff on an old Gateway PC.
As birthday presents I received an external DVD burner that has only
FireWire input connectors and
a PCI FireWire 1394 Controller Card.
Please I need step-by-step instructions to guide me with transferring
the data and burn in on CD's.
My OS is Windows XP the External DVD burner is a LaCie.
The PCI card and the software that came with it (Ulead VideoStudio)
are installed.
I don't know where to go from here.
Please can anyone help?
